That Gracie Face

Update on Gracie Dane. She had a bad fall a week ago. I thought she really broke something, but she struggled to stand and trotted off. She has been after Parker to play today. Parker is a bit afraid to since I am shooing him out of Gracie’s way constantly… he thinks he will get into trouble. So he keeps running away from her and coming over to me with questioning looks. Not ready to trust it all just yet. Gracie wanting to play is a good sign! Weeee!  I am guessing she weighs 100-105 lbs with just a bit more to go for the last of her backbones will be covered and starvation behind her at last. I have to get her to the vet for a proper weight. Something always comes up it seems. Here she is in the garden FINALLY allowing a nice front photo. Parker hiding behind me so she is really looking through me to see him. She likes him, he’s so jolly all the time. Usually she will not give me a chance at a good photo. She looks left, right, down, left, right, down until I get tired of trying for a shot.
