Oh! What a great weekend! Dusty, furniture moving, and hunting for stuff kinda weekend! Still great though! I think I slept all day yesterday! LOL! So worth it to have a Monday full of naps! Whoot!
Saturday we just sat around mostly, hung out. Enjoyed a Lethal Weapon Marathon! Weee!
Then we got hungry, and I wanted to take to boys to the NEW CHINA since they had never been, but they bailed on me. ( imagine me pulling them each horizontal while they try to hold onto the bed posts) So Jack and I went and brought it home for them.
I am thinking of giving myself a hair trim, a little scruffy-long, I think. Not sure, will wait a week. Might need to just mess it up more!

Here is our favorite guy at NEW CHINA, he is always so nice to us. Dillon and I were just saying we needed this t-shirt and here our guy is wearing it. HOOT!
Teriyaki Chicken for me, Nathan getting ALL his sauce into his rice bowl.

Jack’s Mongolian Beef…YUM! and an egg roll. Jack is a fool for eggrolls.

Okay after we ate I started in on moving my office space.
Here is Angie on the nice clean desk after I moved all the files, books and papers.

We are going to work on that wall, this summer so everything has to move out. Behind the baby gate is the cat boxes. Those will stay forever for now. HOOT! Why the push, well the spot where the new office cabinets were stored in the wellhouse is where the new washer/dryer is going in, so out with the cabinets and in with the washer dryer. Jack needs to do some plumbing first.

Now the cabinets need hanging, I can’t scare up the hardware. We bought this quite a few months back and I remember coming indoors to take a nap while everything was put away so WHO KNOWS where that stuff is??? LOL! keeping track of parts is somewhat my job, so Jack and I will be making the trek to North Dallas (66 miles) this Saturday to see if we can get some spare hardware from the IKEA Store. Can you believe that is the closest one? Its official! We live in podunk! LOL! I tried online, but since I don’t know what the cabinets are called, Ikea can’t really help me with the parts numbers. Would love to stay home, but there is a great Chinese place out that way. The one we ate at the night before Nathan was born ( been a while) so we might chase that place down and see if its still open. Bobo China. It IS still open! WHOO HOO!

We had Mexican Meat last night to top the weekend off, then we hit the sack early. I was planning on resuming school today and we are in the middle of doing just that. Its nice to be back in the saddle again!
Hugs Friends!

GAH! Don’t you hate it when you put something away so you’ll know EXACTLY where it is when you need it…and then it’s never seen again?! We have that problem here too,LOL…often! Your chinese dinner looks Yummy…but I’ve got a whole chicken to roast for tonight, and I think I’ll make some Colcannon to go with it…being that it’s almost St. Paddy’s Day. You look great, and your hair looks fine too, LOL. I’m thinking about shaving all mine off again…the psoriasis thing, you know…bleh! But it’s just hair…it grows back, LOL. Hugs to all, 2-legs & 4-legs…
I want that damn shirt!!!! LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO
(and I am also jonesing for Chinese…)
*sighs*
Miss ya dollface!

Off to Google Colcannon now….LOL
Hold On Ro! Sending something out to you tomorrow, don’t cut your hair off just yet! Off to Google Colcannon myself! HOOT!
Hey Tits!
LOLOL!! Colcannon is down-home Irish tummy fodder…one of those things you make with what you have. I just boil up some potatoes, shred and steam some cabbage, mash the ‘tatoes then mix the cabbage in with a good sized “knob” of butter, some salt & pepper and a bunch of green onions, sliced up from whites thru the green. It’s good, it’s filling, and it can be a whole meatless meal if need be.
Okay, I make that! I just didn’t know it had a name! LOL! And I lie to my men that there are no onions or cabbage in it. I think they know so the joke is on me! HOOT!
Thanks RO!
