Heya! I had visions of Great Christmas’ happening so I hope you had lovely ones.
We were together on Christmas our little group of 4 and even though we spent some of it in the ER we each had many chances to see what Christmas means and were soundly blessed by it. Its the ER nurse who will get done at 7am to go home a cook a Giant Christmas Meal to be surrounded by family and friends. Its the ER doc who can only spend 3 minutes on each patient and wishes he could do more, his sad face when he knows he cannot do it all. Rack’um, Stack’um, Move ‘um out. Its the gratitude for an all night pharmacy on Christmas Eve. The cheery people inside. 1 am doesn’t bother them any! This is what they do every night…they are having a little party! LOL! Ahhh! Pain pills! The smoky calm and icy fingers they bring. Home again. Spending a quiet Christmas watching my boys cooking in the kitchen. Floating in and out of sweet dreams. No pain on Christmas.
My big brother Randy and his lovely Wendy sent these Paperwhites for Christmas and I vowed to take a picture everyday as they came to bloom, but alas sometimes “The best laid schemes of mice and men often go askew.” Dillon and Nathan got some taken.

who was in the ER and why may I ask?!
Oh, no, Lady! In the ER for you? Bless your heart! I hope you’re doing better!
Oh Jojo…I can only guess (since you didn’t specify, but the pain meds comments are rather obvious) that it was YOU in the E.R. What have you done now, pray tell?!?
