OMG I remember when we first moved in here and we had NO idea where the septic tank was. All that digging. What a nightmare!! LMFAO!!! Now we keep it covered in the walkway so it’s nice and easy to lift the lid when it’s time for the honey wagon to come and suck it dry. Every 3 years to keep it healthy! LOL!
Hoot! We waited 30 years! The first 15 are on whoever lived here first, but we chalked up the last 15. Now we will get it drained more often…like you said every 3 years. Bad Septic People!
Hiya! Ever since I started getting your posts delivered by e-mail, I find I don’t respond as much as I would like to. So, I am not going to read the posts at my mail box anymore! LOL I’ll be coming here.
I have been reading about your slapstick comedy of digging out your septic system. OMG! I’ve been so tickled. I can’t help but think, now that I see your ‘gratitude’ list. What you have done is to teach your sons, and the entire scrapping community, about families as they should be. Seriously. Your sons have seen the hard work, the togetherness of having a problem with the house, getting it all together and repairing it. And, doing so as a family unit. They committed to helping fix the problem because you made it an experience to remember. We set the pace for nearly everything our children do. Particularly learning. You are an amazing woman – STILL! LOL
Love ya!
