Kim B is nuts! She asked everyone on her CT team to give her a color. Random or Favorite, whatever! Just gimmie a color. Well we did and the results were a bit scary. All those colors and tones mixed all up. Reminded me of leftovers from the back of the fridge. But Kim and her artistic mojo pulled off some wonderful posting bonuses for the July Color Challenge. Yes BONUSES! ( its a big team) There were enough color swatches for 2 challenges this month.

WOW! Until now, I didn’t notice how much my freebie elements remind me of Kim’s in her PB. I thought I was being original! * HOOT!* I will have to pay better attention and mix it up a bit more next time. Imitation is the best form of flattery, but originality ROCKS!

LOL! You crack me up! Thrift stores are my absolute fav! Don’t have too many good ones where I live now. I did get some good thrift on when we drove to Idaho to visit my bff and her family last month. Couldn’t get into too much trouble, ’cause the van was already full, lol (2 adults and 4 children plus luggage/snacks tends to do that)! Thank you for your lovely contribution to this month’s CC!

I LOVE getting in trouble in thrift stores. I don’t travel much, but my mom does, she says thrift shopping out of state is to die for! She and my dad bought a van to travel in and they pack that thing with antique and thrift store treasures…I imagine Jack and I will be the same way if we do any traveling after he retires. He loves to shop ( anywhere) I like to shop if its antiques and thrifts! LOL!
